GlamourGals is proud to announce that Micah Jesse will be one of the inspiring hosts at #Illuminate2012. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Micah Jesse's early fascination with the fabulous lives of the rich and famous led him to New York City, where he attended Hofstra University. While in school, Micah began covering red carpet events for Us Weekly and OK! Magazine. Realizing the need to build his own platform, Micah created MicahJesse.com, which rapidly gained popularity for its refreshing take on celebrity and entertainment news.

Illuminate Host, Lindsey Smith 26 January 2012


GlamourGals is proud to announce that GlamourGals Alumna and Advisory Board Member, Lindsey Smith will be a host at #Illuminate2012. Originally from Irvington, NY, Lindsey Smith was the chapter president of the Irvington High School GlamourGals Chapter. Lindsey met Rachel Doyle over eight years ago at the Hugh O'Brien Youth Leadership Conference at the end of her sophomore year of high school. Wanting to be a part of a community service project that she could have ownership of, Lindsey was thrilled to hear about GG. When she met Rachel Doyle, she knew right away that GlamourGals was the organization for her. Rachel's confidence, passion, dedication and leadership were inspiring and she needed to be a part of the organization.

Advisory Board Member, Jennifer L. 24 January 2012


GlamourGals is proud to announce that Jennifer Leidel has joined the Advisory Board. Jennifer Leidel (Jeni) graduated with a B.S. in Human Development from Cornell University in May 2010. She received her Certificate in Business Management from Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) in July 2010. Jeni currently works in the Marketing and Strategic Partnerships department at Sports Illustrated Kids and TIME For Kids at Time Inc. Jeni is a member of 85 Broads Global Women’s Network, the New York Athletic Club and its intraclub, the Mercury Society, the Cornell Club, Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology, and serves on the Advisory Council for Cornell’s Pi Sigma Epsilon professional business fraternity.

A graduate of Cornell University's Masters of Management in Hospitality program, Christian is currently the General Manager of the Ritz Paris. A long time supporter of GlamourGals, Christian notes that he sees a great need to connect a more disconnected younger generation with the increasingly isolated elderly generations.

Illuminate Host, Samantha Braunstein 18 January 2012


GlamourGals is proud to announce that Advisory Board Member, Samantha Braunstein, will be a host at #Illuminate2012.Samantha graduated with a B.A. from Cornell University and went on to receive her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Currently, Samantha is an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP concentrating in restructuring, banking, and credit matters. She enjoys tennis, running, horse-back riding, traveling, and spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Carmel.
