Join the USC GlamourGals Chapter and the USC economics association for an evening of mentorship, featuring a panel discussion with LA professionals from various fields.

Meet Our Panelists

A veteran retail and apparel financier, Eric Fisch has been with HSBC Bank USA NA since 2003. Eric’s current national mandate allows him to develop and grow the bank’s apparel sector presence in the existing industry centers of New York and Los Angeles. Eric serves on the Executive Council for the City of Hope Fashion and Retail Industry Group, as well as being actively involved in several other local charities. 

Lauren Berger is CEO & Founder of and She's also a frequent public speaker and the author of All Work, No Pay and Welcome to the Real World. Based in Los Angeles, Berger oversees the IQ Agency, a Campus Marketing Agency helping brands connect with ambitious young people. 

Allison Hyers is a transformative Talent & Culture leader.  She has successfully built talent strategies, reimagined company cultures and  delivered extraordinary human capital results through transparency and authenticity.  Allison’s knack for tapping into and activating an individual's unique purpose and aligning that with a company's purpose has resulted in measurable results for both. She now travels the country sharing her insights and recommendations with students on building their own personal brand and how to nail the interview to get the job!

Shannon Dudic is a Special Counsel in Stroock’s Los Angeles office.  Her practice focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on representing financial services institutions and companies, including national banks, credit card issuers, mortgage lenders and student lenders, in class actions throughout the country.  She is the co-Chair of the Women’s Affinity Group and on Stroock’s Recruiting Committee, as well as serving as a mentor to Stroock’s junior attorneys.  As a first-generation law school graduate, Ms. Dudic understands first-hand the immense value of both formal and informal mentoring programs.

Rachel Doyle founded GlamourGals when she was 17. What started as a high school community service project has become a national movement, with over 2,000 volunteers serving 108 communities nationwide. Rachel remains the CEO of GlamourGals, where she is dedicated to inspiring students to become leaders in their communities by enacting local change through acts of kindness and compassion.
