Saint Peter's University, located in Jersey City, New Jersey, is collaborating with GlamourGals to offer two merit-based tuition scholarships to GG volunteers in recognition of their service and leadership. 

GlamourGals volunteers who wish to be considered for either of the scholarships listed below will need to apply to Saint Peter's University, using either the Common Application or the Saint Peter's University online application.

The deadline to be considered for these scholarships is February 2020. Though admission is rolling, candidates will be reviewed for scholarships by Saint Peter's University in February. Any scholarship recipients will be notified by mail.

Students must maintain satisfactory progress in their academic program while enrolled at Saint Peter's University in order to retain scholarship eligibility for both awards.

 Presidential Scholarship Award

This scholarship is a full-tuition award. Saint Peter's University will consider GlamourGals volunteers who meet the following requirements:

• Enrolled as a senior in high school and has applied to Saint Peter's University

• Earned an Intergenerational Service Award* during their junior year of high school

• Has a cumulative 3.7 GPA or higher

• SAT score of 1270 or higher (or ACT equivalent)

• Has completed a request for a letter of recommendation from GlamourGals National by emailing Rachel@GlamourGals.org

Note: Saint Peter's University does not guarantee a Presidential Scholarship Award to a GlamourGals candidate, but will review all candidates who meet the above criteria. 

GlamourGals Intergenerational Service Scholarship

This scholarship awards $20,000/year for four years (a maximum of 120 credits). This scholarship will be awarded to any GlamourGals volunteer who meets the following requirements:  

• Enrolled as a senior in high school and has applied to Saint Peter's University

• Earned an Intergenerational Service Award* during their junior year of high school

• Has a cumulative 3.3 GPA or higher

• Has an SAT score of 1080 or higher (or ACT equivalent)

• Has completed a request for a letter of recommendation from GlamourGals National by emailing Rachel@GlamourGals.org

Note: Should a student be eligible for a higher scholarship, the higher award will replace the $20,000/year award; Saint Peter's will not stack awards.

*Intergenerational Service Awards are given to volunteers with 15 hours of service and 5 journals logged on chapters.glamourgals.org. To check your award status, email Rachel@GlamourGals.org.
