Sara Cisco (she/her) is is the Vice President and Early Talent Development at Bank of America. Sara is dedicated to creating an inclusive workplace by fostering diversity and mentoring colleagues. She also recently completed Cornell University's Diversity & Inclusion Certificate. Sara is passionate about empowering women and creating a platform for all voices to be heard. She currently serves as Chair of Girls Inc. of NYC's Junior Board and HSBC's Balance Employee Resource Group.

Sara has been a GlamourGals Advisory Board member since February 2016. She coordinates and leads multiple annual projects for GlamourGals. Sara has designed and implemented an 8-week college student workplace mentoring program and secured $60,000 in corporate-related grants from 2017 to 2020 to meet student needs.
