Allison Hyers

Allison Hyers is a transformative Talent & Culture leader. She has successfully built talent strategies, re-imagined company cultures, and delivered extraordinary human capital results through transparency and authenticity. Allison’s focus and skill in tapping into and activating an individual's unique purpose and aligning that with a company's purpose have resulted in measurable results for both. She has applied her expertise in retail, advertising, and non-profit/volunteer sectors across all employee types, from executive leaders to unionized, hourly employees.

Allison has served in several leadership capacities at major companies. These include west elm, a division of Williams-Sonoma Inc., Jetblack, a stand-alone, startup company within Store No. 8, the incubation arm of Walmart, Harrison and Star, a full-service, global healthcare marketing agency, as well as AllLearn, an e-learning consortium owned by Stanford, Oxford and Yale Universities.

Allison has also been a member of the Board of Directors of the New York Junior League (NYJL), whose vision is to strengthen the health and well-being of the children and families of the greater New York City area. She has also been the recipient of the NYJL Outstanding Volunteer award for her achievements at the NYJL and within her local community.
