We empower high school and college volunteers to bring joy to elderly residents in senior care through companionship and complimentary beauty makeovers.

2026 Spotlight Award Recipient

Alla Lerner

Alla Lerner is the Head of the Wholesale Litigation at JPMorgan Chase, leading a team of approximately 50 attorneys responsible for providing strategic litigation and legal counsel as well as advisory and litigation support on Human Resources matters, to the firm’s Commercial & Investment Bank and Asset Management divisions, as well as to certain of the Firm’s corporate functions.

Prior to her role at JPMorgan, Alla was part of the Litigation and Regulatory Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. She began her legal career in the Litigation Department at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.

Alla earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University and her Juris Doctor from New York Law School. She currently resides in Tenafly, New Jersey, with her husband and two daughters.
