We empower high school and college volunteers to bring joy to elderly residents in senior care through companionship and complimentary beauty makeovers.


Since 2000, our program has transformed lives:
Seniors experience renewed community and self-worth, while teen volunteers develop essential leadership skills and compassion through meaningful connections.

2026 Spotlight Award Honoree

Alla Lerner

Alla Lerner is a Managing Director and the Co-Deputy Head of Litigation, Government Investigations and Human Resources (HR) Law at JPMorgan Chase. In addition to supporting the Global Head of Litigation on department-wide responsibilities and initiatives, Alla leads a team of approximately 70 attorneys and legal professionals responsible for providing advisory legal counsel and strategic litigation support, including on HR Law matters, to the firm’s Commercial & Investment Bank and Asset Management divisions, as well as to certain of the Firm’s corporate functions.

Prior to her role at JPMorgan, Alla was part of the Litigation and Regulatory Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. She began her legal career in the Litigation Department at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.

Alla earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University and her Juris Doctor from New York Law School. She currently resides in Tenafly, New Jersey, with her husband and two daughters.
