Zoe on Long Island
I've been attending GlamourGals makeovers regularly since I was a freshman and even before that, when my sister was president of the club in high school. This was my first makeover as a president of the club and I am proud to follow in my sister's footsteps.
I wasn't aware of how much work went into arranging makeovers but once I got everything done, I appreciated the dedication of the past presidents. There were a lot of members at the makeover and they were all so happy to be there. It was great to look around and see all of the volunteers and residents connecting and I hope they form relationships like I have with residents.
It was so exciting to reconnect with residents who I didn't see over the summer. The smiles on everyone's faces were priceless!
