Kelly Taylor To Perform At Indianapolis Mega Makeover

Saturday, April 14th, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Robin Run Village, 5354 W. 62nd St. Indianapolis, IN 46268

Indianapolis, IN (April 2, 2012) – GlamourGals is proud to announce that 16 year old singer/songwriter, Kelly Taylor, will be performing at the April 14th Mega Makeover at Robin Run Village.  Mega Makeovers are designed to spread awareness about GlamourGals mission and to engage nontraditional volunteers in the community.

Kelly Taylor has been writing songs for seven years. After her song, “Classics,” was featured on Indianapolis radio station, WZPL 99.5’s Smiley Morning Show, she became a music sensation.

Kelly opened for Hot Chelle Rae and Hanson at WZPL’s Jingle Jam this past December and released her CD, Tell Your Friends in January. She has performed on Wish TV’s Indy Style, has been featured in the Indianapolis Star, and was awarded the outstanding artist her freshmen year at Anderson University’s Music Business Camp for high school students.

Kelly is looking forward to performing for and visiting with the residents at Robin Run.

“I’m excited to make new friends at the GlamourGals makeover at Robin Run Village,” she says. “When I first heard about this organization, I was so impressed with the idea of young women serving and caring for older and wiser women because both groups have something to give the other. Of course, beauty comes from within, but who doesn’t love a makeover? I can’t wait to be a part of this event!”

GlamourGals adult volunteers and teens who are interested in learning about the program will be attending this makeover and are excited that Kelly will be joining them.
