Chapter Spotlight: Mount Tabor HS 21 August 2012

The Mount Tabor High School GlamourGals Chapter in Winston-Salem, NC has made extra efforts to stay active throughout the summer months. They not only held a makeover at Brighton Gardens, but also provided manicures at the senior home's Caregiver's Day Out event on August 16.

GlamourGals' First Chicago Makeover 15 August 2012

On Monday, August 13, students from local high schools joined the Adult Day Services Program, GlamourGals Founder and President, Rachel Doyle, and Director of Programs, Julia Porter at the Chinese American Service League (CASL) for GlamourGals' first Chicago makeover.

Advisory Board Member, Alina Casner 09 August 2012

GlamourGals extends a warm welcome to Alina Casner, the newest member of the Advisory Board. Alina became a GlamourGals supporter after attending a Bagels with the Board meeting in April. The GlamourGals mission is especially important to her, since she has a close relationship with her 80-year-old grandmother, who she doesn't get to see very often.

GlamourGals' Founder and President, Rachel Doyle was one of four winners of the Sally Hanson and Glamour Magazine Best of You Contest. Rachel is featured in the September issue of Glamour Magazine (page 184) as recognition for this honor.
