Why I support GlamourGals: I support GG because of what I like to call "peer inspiration."  Seeing the volunteers learn and grow through each other and through the seniors we are spending time with is truly inspirational. Like Gandhi's saying goes, "be the change you want to see in the world." Making a difference doesn't have to be something drastic to help someone have a better day and a better life. Sometimes just knowing someone cares enough to really mean it when they say, "How are you today?" is enough!

Favorite Senior Moment: Anything and everything I get to do with my Grandmother.  I always think of her when spending time with seniors and hope that someone is enjoying their time together as much as I do with her.

Glamour in the City, GG's annual event for the fashionable and philanthropic, is an opportunity to raise $25,000 toward GlamourGals' Hot Pink Leadership Program. The Hot Pink Leadership program inspires and organizes our teen volunteers to continue to provide compassion and companionship to local seniors.
